why dont you get SLS BLUEWAVE VII DUAL HQI ballasts. They have the same core as the PFOs. REEFER on a BUDGET has 2 of them FS for $150 ea. He's on the BAR forums.

I believe one of those already sold, but yea, they do have the same core, and his price can't be beat. We jsut bought a PFO dual 250 HQI.. to the tune of $383.. so $150 is a steal, if he has any left.

I really want the PFO dual 250 HQI.. i'm looking for two dual.

Tom, how's those boulders working out for you?

so far so good, but to be honest I haven't done much auascaping, just put them in the tank to get the cycle going. I hurt my back getting them up into the tank . Carrying those boulders up a ladder and into the tank was not something i want to repeat. To top it off the more I think about it the more likely it is that I will need to pull a good number of them out to start the final aquascaping (and now they will be heavier, laden with water). But the end result will be worth all of the pain and grief
