hello everyone. ive been looking everywhere for some rare sps frags and i was wondering if anyone here has any. ive found some online, but they are all pretty expensive and then you get killed in shipping.... anyways, im looking for:
-true superman monti (i have a frag of superman, but it is a little more purple than blue)
-chip's acro
-RAINBOW MONTI (ive been looking everywhere for a small frag of this)
-green birdsnest

im not looking for a large colony, if you have a small 1/2-1" frag that you are willing to clip off for a sale, that would be great.
let me know what you ahve and the price :)
and if you have any other really nice ones that i didnt mention, chances are im interested:)

cool! do you happen to know how much it is ben?
PS: the black sun coral is doing well. i have like 11 polyps out

yeah, i was goign to purchase one there at the last meeting, but they wanted 90 bucks for a 1-1.5 inch frag. and although it is a sweet coral and i want it bad, i dont want it $90s for a small frag bad. plus they are 2 hours away form me:( it is a pitty too.... that is one of the nicest LFSs ive been to.

Fcataudo-
How's the chips doing? Is your Seio still acting up?
sigh.... it was such a nice frag too...... and then after the 50 dollar gift card.... i should have bought it..... oh well.... i got those sweet acro colonies that are coloring up nicely! slowly, but nicely:)
hey jon, ever think about putting another store up in the WH area? i can assure you youll have a lot of business:)

I don't think we have any plans of becoming a chain. If you ever do decide you want a frag of the chips let me know as these sell fast!

PM sent rich!!!
i need to meet up with you at some point anyways to give you a frag of those "brown" acros that were on sale at the house of fin meeting! they are huge colonies and starting to color up well. thanks again for pointing them out.
and thanks to you also john if you come back and read this. 30 bucks for these colonies, even if their color isnt as beautiful as it will be in a few months is an amazing deal!
one looks to be a bright green, and the other looks to be a green with purple tips. but only time will tell. but i need to give you a frag for showing me those rich:)
i wont be able to do the 2 hour drive to hosue of fins often, but i definatly would if we have another meeting there rich. once i get the lighting upgrade, ill have more space for those colonies:)

haha, i didnt think so. i was jsut kidding and letting you guys know that you have a fan base.
but if i ever find myself in NH (which i occationaly do because both my brother and best friend go to UNH) ill give you guys a call to see if you have any in:) thanks john!

Chips is doing great. Seio is still a bit funky, thinking of getting some tunzes in there. Oh the new frag I got is sweet.

Jon quick question, thinking about upgrading lighting. Your thoughts Maristar 250 w/ t5 or the aqua medic ocean series 250 w/ t5?

thanks

I'm a big fan of the Maristar! I would wait for the new one with 4 T5's if I were you. The Oceanlight is nothing like your Spacelight... granted the Spacelight weighs a ton but the Oceanlights that I've come across had noisy ballasts and seemed fairly problem prone (T5 endcaps)
The Tunze's would be nice... thinking the controllable nano streams?
What was the new frag you got?

Jon when is the new Maristar coming out? I picked up one of the ora purple acro frags you had there. Super nice frag

Ah the tort... super nice frag!!!
The new Maristar is due out around/shortly after Christmas if memory serves me correctly.

Jeff, when I bring up that link I don't see any info for who to contact. The name Roger Olsen (in the url) sounds familiar, I think he was at a meeting of an informal reef club in the Boston/New Hampshire area I was at (not BRS, although he may also belong to that).
