wtb: ro/di

i have a buddy has has a tank and wants to get into the ro/di sector. he wants to get a starter unit and does not want to pay a lot but wants a reliable solution? does anybody have anything?

ITs probably a better idea to be a new one, if you by used you'll probably have to replace all the filters which comes close to the price of a new one.

Spectrapure MDPI 60 $210 new. Mine I'll sell for $100 and only a year old. The membranes were new in January. If you need new ones, SaltyCritter has them for around 50 bucks. I forget how much for sure. If you have to buy new membranes, you're still well under $210.

$100 for that is a deal. If the membrane was changed in January...only thing to replace would be maybe the prefilters as long as the carbon block was replaced when the new one went in. Heck if I had the change laying around I'd buy it for that. Where were you in October? lol
