I don't really want to be paying for RO water much more, and realize it will be cheaper in the long run. As it's fine now for the nano, but I am looking at setting up a 29 that was formerly fresh, so it's allready getting to that point.
I don't know how many gpd I need, but I am guessing not much, so I don't need one that produces larger amounts.
Allready have a pretty good deal for a new one on another site, but I would prefer to do business local and save some money used.
Thanks for your time,
Brent

I just hooked up one i got on ebay for $95...2 output...the aquarium water runs thru the di....and this includes the tank for the fresh water with the faucet....

Can't really go through ebay, unless my friends let me use thier accounts. Long story short, I got scammed on some canister filters (along with others), went to my bank who issued a chargeback, and paypal says I owe them money as a result, even though they recommended that I do just that when I contacted them about the issue. Needless to say, I am not going to pay them, and in a mess with them as a result, and they even turned it over to the NCO debt collectors. Had to file an IC3 report and in this Steele case (which is a 3.5 million dollar case for this reason and their unwillingness to refund in general) and all this garbage, because they would rather go after me than the scammer (as the scammer would owe me money and they would lose nothing, where as my chargeback causes a direct loss to them)

I bought a 4 stage coralife unit from drsfostersmith.com for around $140. I'm getting 8tds from the RO and 0-1 after the DI.
