That whole thing, maybe 4"x2"x2"tall. I won't frag it. It looks better than that now. GHA is gone, that's an old phone. Developing new polyps and has a good growing edge. Eats well.

Oh yea you have plenty of room. All you need it a good place to glue them too.

You can do either. Faiva's generally don't need too much light, so the sand is fine for them.
