Have you tried eBay? 8-9 yrs ago when we had our 180 that’s where we got ours. Dry sand was cheap on there. Hope that helps.

Its time for me to let go of a ton of stuff I have been holding onto. We are contemplating on leaving this state with things getting so out of control. I have several 5gal buckets of sand from my old tank thats dry. I believe its a mix of sugar sized and olictic (very fine) sand. most of the sand is actually southdown play sand if anyone here remembers that stuff. Its from the caribean and you can not get it anymore.

I do remember the south down. We were getting that some time ago and haven’t heard of it since. You’re an easy 2h drive from me. Definitely a trip I would turn into an SD mini vacation lol

the good news would be if it was still moist, it would dry out by the time you get home lol

True story lol. Need to find out what I need to do to remove the phosphates before I add it to the system. Don’t want any unnecessary algae blooms
