WTT 110 w/built in chiller for a chiller

I have a marineland commercial systems 110 gallon tank w/built in chiller I'd like to trade for just a chiller. I'm about to cut it apart for the chiller I think because I would have to do a lot or rearranging of my fish room. Here is the tank specs, it's a ML-24:

It doesn't have the biowheel and filter stuff, just the tank and stand as one unit.

what size chiller are you looking for?

Depends on the rating, even if under the rated size of my system, all I need is maybe 5 degree's pull down on about 450 system volume. Probably 1/3 depending on the brand. There's a 1/2 on that tank but it can take it's 110 gallons down into the 30's and I'd never need that much cooling power.
