WXM help

hey guys the this is what my display says module menu>WXM_5>module menu:

Set frequency <
WXM RF update <what
WWD update <do
ECOSMART update <i do with these?
ecosmart update Man < do i just run all the updates in order from top to . bottom?

also i just checked my vortech firmware and it says it is 1.6 (1 Green blink followed by 6 blue )

what is the latest firmware update BTW?

Just run the EcoSmart Update Man. That was the only update mode that worked for me.

ok i just checked my apex base unit firmware and it is 4.4 10bc and the vortech firmware is 1.6. the wxm has a green indictor light on it and says it is working fine. i can locate the WXM on the apex but when i go to the setup>mod setup>CONFIG mod it shows the wxm as WXM_5. when i click on it, it takes me to a menu for updating certain different pumps. this is where i come into the problem...it says "update firmware error:0 " but is dose not try to do the update. then it changes the module name and adds mods that dont exist and such. i dont know if i need to clear out the memory of either the WXM(unplug it) and or the apex? id really appreciate some help for anyone who knows what might be the issue...othewise im going to just put in a support ticket.

On page 59 of the Apex New Users Guide, it indicates that this error is due to the web pages not being properly updated when you upgraded firmware. You should really check out that guide...most of the common questions are answered there.

hey bud i def loaded the pages...it might have not loaded properly. i will try it again. i have read that manual realistically 4 times.. so im sorry if my "common sense question" was out of line. i really do appreciate the help thought.
