Hey all, went and picked up a couple of frags today as a x-mas present, the wife knows better than to try to buy something for me, so she just sends me off to the LFS.
I picked up this monti.
And then I spotted this little frag that caught my eye. Probably too small to ID at this point, but I started talking to the owner about it. He said he has the mother colony at home. It's growth is similar to a Red Dragon acro, with thin, delicate branches. But it's base is green instead of red. It's looking pretty dark at the moment, and the polyps look white. They may have a bit of light green or light blue to them. Anyway, like I said, it caught my eye. It's unique, we'll see how it does over time, but the really dark base with the very light polyps is pretty cool...at least I think so.
