Xeina vs Dendro

hey all
got a quick ? I have a small patch of blue xeina that has attached itself onto the small rock my dendro is attached to..do you think one will sting the other?

No, they should be fine as long as the xenia doesn't go crazy and overgrow the dendro. Just keep an eye on it.

thanks TheOwn....so if the xenia does start to overtake the dendro...should I scrape it off the rock or maybe take something and break the rock off where it's attached? asking because I don't know if the xenia is kinda like the kenya tree and unless you remove every speck of it, it will grow back

Yea, scraping it off should work. Odds are it will grow back if you don't get all of it, but it won't be super fast like aiptasia or anything. I doubt it will overtake the dendro though. Usually xenia don't like to mess with other coral.
