just received my new zenia and am adjusting it in, i have read many topics on this coral and many different out comes....
My question is, Were is the best place to start it of in my tank ?
If you're lighting your tank with MHs or T5s then start them off lower in your tank; if they'll be kept under PCs then anywhere in the tank. You'll know if they need more light when Xenia streches its stalks (doubles the length)(IME).
At the bottom and move up, can't go wrong with that method. Xenia will grow in just about any location - I would recommend placing it up top cause it grows like weed. I have a whole forest up top of my tank and have to flush a lot of it.
