So I got frags from someone a couple of weeks ago and I noticed after being fragged they never opened up and turned white like how his tank was. He runs VHO + MH I believe and the LED's (d120s) I have on the tank are only at 25% power.

The heads were usually closed and not open/pulsing and now this morning I saw them like this.

Can someone explain this to me? The GSP, shroom, kenya tree, and another soft coral seem to be fine and open up everyday so I don't have a clue. The inverts I have in the tank are cleaner shrimp, tiger pistol shrimp, snails, and hermits. The fish are yellow tang, 2 true percs, and a blue-sided fairy wrasse.

it doesnt look too stressed, it looks like if you were to just turn on your lights.. maybe move it somewhere else. and ive heard adding iodine supplement helps it.

xenias dont need much light though, and it doesnt look like its dying

Agree on moving it to bottom, xenia looks like this before opening... If it would be dying it would not have stretched polyps....
