Xenia Reproduction

I am curious about how xenia reproduces. I have read that they spread vegetative or that a piece will break off and then form a new colony. But do they also have eggs or larvae that they release into the water?

Xenia will reproduce by attaching it’s stalk to a nearby adjacent surface that it can touch and splitting the stalk in two.
