XR30 offline programming

So I believe there used to be a utility you could use offline to configure your lights. How can I configure my lights without the computer that is running them being connected to the internet? If the only options are the limited configurations with the buttons on the top I may have to look into returning these lights and would rather not have to do that. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I would love to know myself as I already sold my old light,2 powerheads cause I purchased the Radion pro gen 3,the Radion mounting system,2 mp10wes and the reeflink (a boat load of cash!)and yet I can't control any of them.i just got off the phone with a technician about 45 minutes ago who confirmed the reeflink and the light is working properly and yet when I sign into ecosmartlive.com it shows my light in offline mode.now I know I'm new to ecosystem products and I might not be too tech savvy but come on! I had the light for well over a week and haven't even had a chance to see the full power of what they can do....not to mention they need to extend there business hours cause I'm getting tired of running home from work just to try and get a call in to resolve these issues
