Ok so my gsm maroons decided to host in my BTA, well one of them anyways. I imagine the other will follow shortly.

My question is, my bta is about 5" when fully open and the clown is beating him up pretty good. If I get another bta will the clowns spread the love?

my gold stripe maroon has killed two BTA in my tank. Out of three total, The first two were in with some Orange ocellaris originally then transfered to my 75g. Upon transfer one of them split, so there were two 3" or so and one about the size of a quater. When I put one of my gold stripe maroons in the tank(she's about 2.5 - 3") she beat them up one at time. They all stood up to the punishment fairly well, BUT the clownfish wuld not let them eat. Every time I fed them, that %*&$ fish would take the food (not eat it, but just take it and spit it out) even if it meant pecking it right out of their gullet until two of them finally shriveled up and died. The only survvor is the little baby one, but I'm sure she will kill it eventually. Currently she just enjoys spitting chunks of crushed coral at me whenever I walk by the tank. My fish all have very disinct personalities and some act very out of character for their species. I have a yellow tang that eats coral! I would just monitor regularly anf try to make sure your BTA gets plenty to eat. If your maroon won't let it eat, then I'd say you're most likely going to have a problem no matter how many you have in the tank. JMO
