Yeaaa I get a Seahorse Tank

bosborn1,

I don't know if you've started building your system yet.

-how are you setting up your overflow? I'd recomme drilling the back and creating a calfo overflow, esp since the main tank is small to begin with.
-I dont understand what you mean by a bubble free sump and as such not wanting to use a 10 gal glass tank as a sump. does using acrylic somehow prevent bubbles?? im sure im missing something
-ime id recommend converting a glass tank into a sump, i just find it very easy to work w/ glass and silicone, and you can always go back to fix things. also use the biggest tank possible. there are design methods for preventing bubbles from making it back to the main tank
-you mentioned being able to use a 10 gal tank in the stand; how big is the sump and fuge going to be? i dont know if a DSB in such a small space will be worthwhile. check this link out

hmm.. are you creating a sump w/ a fuge or just a fuge?

do you already have your drill bits? I bought some from Lau off ebay, cheap and gets the job done.
