What types of food are best for this fish. The fish store has been feeding it blood worms and I beleive thats the reason the fish does not look very healthy. Im sure that this fish needs some greens in its diet. Whats best?

Nori! frozen mysis a good flake and some freeze dried mysis as a treat!

Hippos are planktivores and not grazers. They will need a good amount of meat along with their greens. Mysis is great. Any fresh seafood is good.

I feed mine diferents foods, morning a little of Flakes (formula 1) and later some nori (red or green), soem days pelets, other days home made food, etc.

box of frozen PEI mussels works well. I defrost one mussle and put it at the bottom tank and every crab fish and worm comes out for that feeding.

mysis. mine eats when i feed the corals, and its a fat fish.
