Yellow coral goby keeps bothering corals

I have a yellow coral goby. He loves to sit in the branches of the acro and the duncan corals especially. The trouble is that he moves about a lot and all the moving and perching on the coral annoys it and it retracts it's polyps.

Wish I'd known they do this before I put him in the tank. I presume it's normal behaviour? Will the corals get used to it?

Yes, sorry, yellow clown goby. The reference I used classes them as reef safe (as did the lfs). Here's hoping he doesn't kill anything.
