Last month our wrasse we've had for almost a year showed up with some areas on his head that were missing scales. He's also not swimming, just sitting on the bottom & moving erratically when he tries to swim. He's been in the sand so long (3 weeks I think) we thought he was dead until he appeared today still acting the same way. He's a jumper, so we weren't sure if he hit the T5s worse than usual & hurt himself or if something else is going on. When he first presented last month, he'd swim in circles above the sand in the corner & occasionally shake his head, then lie on the sand. Other fish are an Orbic cardinal that was starting to chase him a little & an orange-spotted goby that has learned to ignore him. The other fish are fine. He did eat a little while ago when I saw him, he doesn't look skinny, surprisingly. Ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 20, this is a softy tank with no nems.
Anyone have any ideas what it is and/or what we should do for him?
