yellow coris wrasse with clam?

I have yellow coris in my tank,is it safe to add a clam with him in there?

i have one and i had a maxima in my tank and he didnt bother it. i just got a squammy online and i doubt it will bother the clam.

it all depends on the fish i guess. they do keep pyramid snails away

I've had the wrasse with 2 clams for over 3 months and no issues. Never pays any attention to them. I think he does agrevate them when he buries himself in the sand and sends it everywhere...

i just got my new squamosa today and he was out and doing great. the yellow coris DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT HIM. i would say give it a shott.

Its more often than not they they will turn on the clams when they find out that there yummy to eat Its not a good idea to lose a 60+ dollar clam for a cheap wrasse. Clams are so much nicer also good luck.
