This is my first post. Hope it helps.
I have had a Yellow Eye Kohl Tang for a little over a year. It has been a good fish, but not too long after I got it, it developed a symetrical buldge on both sides of its body. It didn't appear to have any negative impact on the fish. Coloring, eating habits, grazing habits, activity level, temperment have all been good.
Yesterday, I came home to find it skitish, hiding, with limited appetite. the bubble is larger on one side.
Has anybody seen this happen to a Tang before?
Nitrate: 0
PH: 8.3

Feeding tank daily: Prime Reef and Super Shrimp. Occasional pellets.
