Yellow eye kole tang laying down in qt

I have had this guy for about a month now in qt with copper. He is the one that has been the picky eater. This he seemed to not eat at all until today in which he is now laying down breathing sort of heavy. He has a darkened spot in his gills and his fin was sort of torn at his tail. Other fish are doing amazing and eating great and there seems to be no bullying either.

It looks thin also. It may have been eating but if it was losing weight it may not have been eating enough to deal with the stress or it may have another problem entirely that was beyond your control.

It was thin. But I just can't seem to find out what other problem it would be. My ammonia badge is also on 0. He died last night. But I am just worried for the other fish

When I first saw the pic, the same thing came to my mind. Look below the gills in the last pic. It should protrude at least as wide as his body. It looks sunken in.

Ever since I received him, he was not going for food as much..I tried many foods like nori, mysis, brine, bloodworms, and pellets and flakes.
