Yellow Head Butterfly (Chaetodon Xanthocephelus)

Have been considering buying a Yellow head butterfly(Chaetodon Xanthocephelus). anyone here have one. are they relatively easy to keep? any feedback is appreciated. thx

IME they are very easy to keep and even eats flakes here+everything else I put in the tank...little on the agressive side for a butterfly

i completely agree. I have had one for ~1 year from blue zoo and he couldn't be easier to take care of. Eats everything pellets, flakes, frozen and is neither aggressive nor timid.

Unfortunately, They aren't that commonly available.

I have had mine at least 5 years. It had some issues with my saddleback when first introduced but the saddleback was there first and had no intention of letting the yh bully him. Mine eats everything too. He attacks the scraper ever time I clean the glass when I am cleaning by his cave.

I got mine from saltwaterfish and they were the only ones that ever had them back then but I now have seen them at nyaquatic as well.
