yellow headed jawfish

i bought a yellow headed jaw fish about 2 or 3 weeks ago im not sure if hes eating i put a little food outside his little cove and he seems fairly uninterested im useing pellet food atm for most things occasionaly adding cyclopese and dts should i be terrably worried or will he get hungry eventualy.

Please do research before buying a fish. Jawfishes usually don't accept pellet foods or cyclopeeze, so you should feed bloodworms, mysis, and vitamin enriched brine shrimp. Adding garlic also helps sometimes.

Did you ask to see it eat in the store tank?

If the jawfish is getting picked on, it will not eat.

He ate at the store thats y i bought him he was eating pellets there. i tryed the black worms and he loves them tomarow il pick up some shirmp.
