Yellow Lionfish

I recently bought an almost 2 inch long lionfish labeled as a volitan lionfish. It has a yellowish green color on its long pectoral fins as well as its antennae and mustache thing... The rest of the body looks like a regular volitan I guess. It sometimes glows and sometimes is hard to see, depends on the lighting. Is this a normal coloration? Hope the pics help

This pic has better contrast between the yellow-green antennae and the brown mushroom so maybe you'll see the yellow-green better

I took the pics with my phone, and when viewing them on my phone itself the yellow in the pectoral fins looks very yellow, an obvious difference when the yellow meets the white body.

But i thought all volitans were brown or black, and different colors meant a different type of lionfish. Iv certainly nvr heard of a green volitan

Depending on The location where it's from there are many different "shades". It's color will change as it grows anyways

these are juvenile colors. As the animal grows it will taken on the "standard" coloration.
Frequently there are bold eyespot on the pec fins that also disappear w/ age
