My LFS just went out of business and auctioned off all of their stuff. I picked up this yellow monti for $50 on a 3-4 lbs piece of tonga. What is it cap, digi? I have never seen anything like this. This was taken with a Galaxy 3 under 14k 150w MH.
That is it. I googled Elkhorn Montipora and found a pic from another forum that has the same color and polyps. Thank you. This has been driving me nuts.
Good call on that, never even heard of it before. Been contemplating the answer to this one all day, kinda almost looked like a bleached setosa that sort of started branching....that was the half *** answer I had lol
Now that I know what it is, how do I go about coloring it up? I assume yellowish tan isn't a natural color for it although there are pics of this same color on other forums.
