hit or miss really. There are so very good companies there. But in order for Indo to do what they do the fish are cleaned out for 3-10 days with no feedings so they can pack them very tight in a box (75+ damsels, etc) so for a pyramid to be put in a 9" bag because they have to make sure the other fish can fit in there, after it hasn't eaten in a week, it causes some stress issues. I bag all 3-5" pyramids in a 14" bag, no matter where they are going. Butterflies in general are sensitive to water quality changes, O2 levels etc, so can't go wrong with a bigger bag!
Even if it was collected properly in indo (which should be the case) by the time it gets to you 2 weeks later, it is skinny, stressed, and ready to give up. Unless the wholesaler in between feeds and holds it for a little while, they are usually doomed from Indo/Philippines. If its on the divers den section, i would bet its a pretty solid fish though.
