yellow sebae? dyed?

well...I'm happy its came around, its slowly starting to attach its foot to a piece of rubble. I feel like it will take a few days for the stickiness in the tentacles to come back tho. But this anemone is GORGEOUS. It really glows, and under the actinics only its bright yellow. I cant' wait to see how pretty this thing is when it fully recovers.

hmmm...scratch that attaching to the rock. its still just sitting their not attached.

In concerns to lighting...since it's not bleached, can I apply the regular lighting schedule..or should I cut it back. Its not sticky yet, so I cant feed. I'd prefer it to attach to something before I try any food.

its protruding its stomach again. This is the first day of the light for it in the new tank. Has not attached to a rock yet..although stuff has stuck to its foot. I understand it will take a few days for it to settle in, but is this a step forward, or a step backward. Maybe just normal behavior from a stresses anemone. Its not releasing anything into the water. I have noticed that it still is responsive. I touched it and it closed up a bit, when I had the actinitcs on it opened its mouth more, when I turned the main lights back on it started shutting it.

Any ideas?

you can see in previous post of what it looked like this morning.

its stomach has been out all day and night. no stickiness...the foot doesnt attach to anything. Dead?

its dead..i tried to move it and it started to fall apart..so I took it out

I'll have to tell LiveAquaria to put heat packs in it for the next anemone.

I did...I'll just wait for the next malu to come available. I feel that the reason for the death was no heat pack with the shipping. The water was very cold and I believe sebae's tend to be less than good shippers. This was the first problem I ever had with LiveAquarai, but their customer service is very good. I will continue to order with them in the future.
