Yellow spots on Toadstool Leater

I have this Toadstool for about 4 months and it is growing very nice. About a couple of days ago I saw some yellow spots on it.
Does anybody knows what this might be?

I am not 100% sure but I'm going to take a stab anyway. I think it might be necrotic tissue, especially on that last photo. Plus, he looks like he is being bothered by it.

Keep a very close eye on it, if you see that it is spreading or any open wounds form, I would frag him.

For a toadstool, it's as simple as cutting and mounting. Search on YouTube how to frag toadstool coral, you'll finds tons of guides.

I'm more inclinded to say its dropping a baby... in the first pic it looks to be dropping one of the folds

I think it is better today. The yellow spot in the top is smaller, but looks like the one on the side bothers it.

Dropping a baby yes... they manually propagate themselves...

Yep, looks like it's forming a new head. You can leave it or cut it at the base and attach it to a piece of rubble rock. Mine is doing the exact same thing right now.
