Yellow Tang, Flame Angel, Bicolor Angel, Fighting?

I have a Bicolor angelfish and a Yellow Tang that have been living peacefully together in my tank for awhile. I decided to buy a flame angelfish and just introduced him today to the tank. The Yellow Tang seems to be batting the side of the flame angel with it's tail...the Bicolor angelfish seems to be doing the same thing but has backed off more than the tang. Is this just establishing dominance/territory or is there going to be a showdown and a dead fish?

yeah....two dwarf angels in just about any size tank wont work unless you get them into sexual pairs or harems.

A LFS near me has a 1000 gallon DT, they had a bicolor and then introduced a rusty about a year later. The bicolor chased the rusty allllll over the tank until it was able to kill it.

I would say get him out of there. I agree. Dwarf angels are very aggressive towards each other and in that size tank, the new comer does not stand a chance.

Typically with dwarf angels if you add them at the same time you are fine. Since you have two fairly aggressive fish already established this may not work. If you can section off part of the tank for the new dwarf that will allow the other fish to get used to seeing it and after a week or so you can try to re-introduce.

I separate the Bicolor angel from the rest of the fish in the tank and turned the lights off for 24 hours and keeping the room dark. I also rearranged the set-up of my live rock in the tank. So far everyone is getting along just fine and there has been no fighting!
