Yellow tang has pop eye

Okay, I noticed this weekend that my 1 month old from the LFS Yellow Tang had a big bulgy eye. I did some research and decided to just watch the behaviour. It was eating fine and swimming fine.

Today I noticed that the lense came off and I can see the white pupil or eyeball. Yuck.

What do you think I should do. I know it's probably blind now. =(

Keep the water quality really good and feed it lots and add selcon to the food. It should heal up if you do all this.

I wouldn't say its blind yet.. i would like kim said boost its feedings with selcon i would also add some form of garlic and vita-chem and feed lost greens. Also water quality is a must maybe try once a week change out the water to you notice symptoms get better. My morish idol had the same thing and it healed after a week n half. Is there anything harassing the tang as well?

If you have the option to QT, I would recommend doing so now. There are a few herbal based supplements that I have had great success with in the past in dealing with bacterial infections, 'popeye', and the like. If not, then I agree with Kim, garlic and Selcon is your friend to boost its immune system so that it can fight off its ailment naturally.
