Yellow Tang...Sick?

Hi all,
I've had a Yellow Tang for about 4 months now in my 60 gallon reef. He's been active, healthy and hungry as ever since I first purchased him. Today, however, I noticed him in the corner of my tank, and he's very inactive. I am a bit worried. There are two possible reasons for this:
1) Water change I completed yesterday (Highly doubtful of this)
2) About 1 and a half months ago, my Yellow tang ran into my Long Spine Sea Urchin, and a small piece of the urchin's spine stuck into the tang. However, my Tang hasn't displayed any forms of sickness until now.

Also, it's worth noting my other fish (Firefish and Small Hippo Tang), as well as my Corals and inverts don't seem to display any forms of sickness.

Any possible solutions/cures will be appreciated!

how big are these tangs? a 60g tank is nowhere near big enough for even one, let along 2 tangs. it could be he is being intimidated by the hippo and that's causing stress.

Hello,
Unfortunately, my Tang didn't make it. My Tang(s) are relatively small and young. Upon first placing the Hippo, they did seem to skirmish a little, but after a 2-3 days they were fine together. This was a very sudden death. I doubt it could be from the Hippo (added about a month ago).
I may trade the Hippo once he gets too large.
