yes, and its in need of immeadiate attention. you need to QT if you have one or dose the tank. ick can get in rocks and sand and live then spread to your fish. it sounds like that may be some of the problem. tangs are pickey about water quality, check your parameters. stress or something such as this is causing it to return to the fish. REEF-ON!!!
