Yellow Tang with large belly?

I have 2 Yellow tangs and 1 has a very large belly almost in the center of its belly kinda looks like a cow being that the bulge sticks out so far. Could it be pregnant? I eats like a horse like I never feed them. They both seem to eat the same and are in great health. They mostly stay on each side of the tank but will play with each other from time to time. The one with the large belly still moves fast when it wants to but you can tell that it is laboring around with its fins. I dont know if it is a disease or that it is pregnant. Like I said both of them eat well and look great w/ great color. They have been in my tank for about 3 months.

Sounds like internal parasites to me. You might try PraziPro in a hospital tank.
