Yellow tang

I have a Yellow Tang that got black spots on it. I have had him about 5 months with no problems. I about 3 weeks ago i put him in a 100 gal with the the same fish that came out of the 45 gal i had. I used the same rock but new water and sand. I just did a water change about 3 days ago and now this. Can someone help?

Probably either hypermelanization from a coral or anemone burn or a turbellarian infestation (black ich). Are the spots very small like a pin head or large and splotchy?
