Yellow watchmen goby going grey

I am taking care of a 125g. reef tank which contains a yellow watchmen goby and I noticed that his head is turning grey. Is this a disease? any RX fixes to reccommend?"

Perfectly normal. Not sure why but a lot of them turn grey/white/brown. I always wished one of mine would, but they are still both yellow.

Mine went from yellow to the white black, I wish her were yellow. O well.

An article in RK, by Amy Drehmel, thinks it could be related to changes in the gender. The male being yellow and the female being grey. But it did not seem like a definitive statement. do you have more than one goby in your tank?
