Just got back from a LFS, to look at the weekly temptations.
They had a really attractive Yellow Wrasse approx. 2.5 inches. Amazing yellow and nice green lines from mouth to gill covers. It was really exceptional, and I have seen plenty of these before.
Was wondering if anyone can give me some feedback from personal experiences with these in there reef, and any advice on how it might do in my tank.
The tank I would be putting him is a 150 gallon reef tank, corals are mostly LPS, Rics, Zoos. Gravel is 3 inches with areas of 6 to 7 inches deep. Do not have any Feather Dusters, or Shrimp, just hermits, snails, and a Sea Hare.
Fish are:
Venustus Angel - 3 inches
Potters Angel - 3.5 inches
Peppermint Hog - 3 inches
Swalesi Basslet - 2 inches
Blue Star Leopard Wrasse - 3.5 (Male almost fully thru color change)
Blue Spotted Jawfish - 3 inches
Matted Filefish - 2 inches
Possum Wrasse -1.5 inches
Circus Goby - 1 inch
Would be most concerned about the BSLW aggression towards the Yellow Wrasse, and possibly problems with the Swalesi or the Pep Hog.
Any advice...
