Yet another magnet question

I was thinking I would use the 6080.50 Magnet Holders to place a couple of 6000's but I was wondering if the magnets affect the pumps. I recall a couple of manufacturers marketing some magnet holders for their pumps in the 80's(?) and then withdrawing them from the market because the magnet field of the magnets shortened the life of the pump. Do you know if the Tunze magnets affect the pumps?

I wouldn't think so, the magnets should mostly cancel each other out when they are attached. I have tried the magnet holders with float switches which work on magnets and their are only a few areas that have a strong enough field to trip the float switch. I honestly have never heard of anyone else making a magnetic holder?
