Spotted Puffer will not eat your fish, if we are talking about the Toby species. They are wonderful fish. Does not get that big at all, but will have the potential of making snacks out of your CUC. Orchid dottyback, I never had a problem with. Now you put another dottyback in the tank, then you may have problems.
