My moniter is pretty dark so I cant really make out the colors, but it looks to be a solar fairy wrasse.

yep he is a solar wrasse. colors changed but pattern is distinct.

It sort of looks like a solor wrasse (or: Tri-color fairy wrasse) Reef safe a little more aggressive than some fairy wrasse.
