Hello Folks!

Any ideas? Hopefully the picture is clear enough. I'm thinking some kind of coral but hell if I know...

Thanks!

How does it feel to the touch? Slimey tissue over a hard skeleton? Does it look like there's a mouth in the middle of it? A little slit? I'm not really sure, but a baby fungia coral did come to mind first.

That was my first thought as well.

Can you pull it out of the tank, place it into a container of tank water and take a few more, clearer shots?

It does feel like a slimy surface over a hard skeleton. When I first noticed it, it looked like a sand dollar that you'd find dried up on the beach, but now it has this green tissue with projections surrounding it. I'll try to get better pictures under white light.
