Another one for you Leslie. This was about 2mm long. I'm also kinda curious what those pincer looking structures between the 1st-2nd parapodia are.

That's a juvenile in the family Nereididae. The pincer thingies are 2 jaws which do work like pincers to grab food or defend against predators. They also have smaller black chitinous structures, usually cone-shaped, near the base of the jaws which help hold onto food.
