Your Opinions on New Skimmer

Okay All you reefers out there. This is the new skimmer I just purchased. Let me know what you think. Is it good, bad, or just different.

Also what size pump am I going to need to run this thing. I have never used one like this before.

By the way the pictures are taken from the auction listing that I won.

Yea im not sure what type of skimmer that is. The pictures are hard to make out.

What type of skimmer technology does it use (becket, downdraft, etc)?

Looks similiar to an AquaC EV series. Might be a DIY?

Good luck matching a pump to it.

Okay guys the skimmer arrived today. I must say for a used skimmer there are very few signs of use. I will be trying it out most likely on sunday. maybe sooner. But it looks like it will work very well.


Just need to figure out what size pump to use on it.


I will keep you posted on progress. Let's just say if it works and it looks as if it will. It was a steal of a deal.
