I have been currently on a mission for two new fish, which include another clownfish and Oxycirrhites typus (longnose hawkfish) for my 45 gallon breeder reef.
However i have been getting mixed information or wether or not a longnose will bother my fish or not.
So my question to you (the community) will my fish be indanger from a Oxycirrhites typus?

Fish stock is:
1 Dracula goby & yasha pistol shrimp (pair) (the dracula is actually under an inch)(pistol is about 2" *i think*)
1 Lawn Mower Blenny (3 inch and fat)
1 clownfish (soon to be two) (1 1/2 inch)
1 Pygmy Yellow Angel Fish (3 inch)
1 Sixline (1 1/2- 2 inch)

Cleaner Crew is:
25 (roughly) Snails
?# of Hermits
1 Serpeant Star

Coral:
SPS: mostly domincornus(cant spell) 1 acro and about 4 monti
Softies: Toadstool (about 4) Xenia (alot)
LPS: I dont even know

I also have a 20 gallon sump for any bioload. (cheato/caulpuera with 180pcs)

whew long post thanks

I've kept one before and all your fish should be fine and so should your snails and hermits. The only thing I'm uncertain about would be your pistol shrimp. I've never kept a pistol shrimp before and I know its not the same, but mine ended up eating a peppermint shrimp that was in the tank before him and in general hawkfish and shrimp do not work out long term.
