Yuck!

Using a long set of tongs, pull it and dump it into a bucket of rodi, toss it on the sidewalk and let it bake in the sun or use a flame thrower.

I agree with the above. Either use some tongs or perhaps some bait to lure the worm out from the rocks and onto the sand somewhere. Now you can just use a net and scoop it out. Also, depending on the diameter some vinyl hosing can be used to siphon the worm out as well. GL.

awww its so cute.... Keep it in your sump as a pet.....

eeeeeekkk . is a much better word.. Yea catch it with something and get it outa there..

It got itself stuck so getting to it will be fairly easy. Just need to find something to grab it with because I'm not going near it. Lol

If you get a tickle in your mouth as you start the siphon you know you've got it!!!!!

A long time back, I read about a DIY worm trap made out of PVC. Take 1.5" PVC and cut a small piece like 8-9" and cap both ends. Drill a few small holes in the main tube, then put meaty food inside and recap it...leaving it in the tank overnight. Hopefully by morning, you will have trapped your worm.

Obviously don't forget to take it out in the morning so you don't cause an ammonia spike by leaving a bunch of rotting food in the tank.

This almost made me throw up. LOL

He had himself stuck so it wasn't hard. Just got out my handy dandy claw and grabbed hold and pulled him out. Into a bucket and then out to the trash!!!

Option one
-Let it destroy your tank

Option two
-Be nice and set up a tank for it

Option three
-Take it out, dry it off with a towl, and burn it with a blowtorch or flamethrower

Option four
-Take it out, and let it dry up in the sun

Option five
-Sell it to a newbie for $150 saying its a super rare, reef safe worm

Option six
-Take out the bristles, chop it up, boil it, and serve it with lemon juice and teriyaki sauce

I got it all... Unless he can regenerate from just some flesh.

He was hung up on a rock that he ripped himself open on. Segments were still attached though, just stretched. You can see the stretched out flesh in the pic. I just grabbed and gently pulled back through the way he went in.

If he regenerates I may have some super rare worms for sale for a steal
Of a deal. I should sell him back to the Lfs that sold me this chunk of rock he came in.
