Yuma Flow

.....I have my F. Ricordia Green....under dappled light with only a little bit of flow...kind of a wandering flow as it comes from a Hydor rotating disc....


I am guessing that the Yumas I just got today are pretty much the same,,yes ?????

I apologize for the poor preparation but it was a quick rush to get to them as the guy I bought them from had a tear down deadline on the tank they were in !
 
mine are the same EXCEPT for my green yumas, low flow.an verry low lighting..i had one melt under PCs ....

I just got some green yumas. I have had them under direct PC. I will move them down a bit. Thanks
 
your welcome.. FLricordia i just dident want it to happen to yours..
mine was like 4 inches across when it melted..

From what I've read you can keep yumas under direct MH, but you have to acclimate them to it very slowly. But I don't have MH and I only have one yuma so far (many more to come I'm sure), so I definitely have no experience with that.
