YWG Lip damage?

I hope you can see this in the picture, but it looks like the upper lip on the fishes right side (our left) has been ripped back.

At first I thought it was a piece of food stuck on its (Videncio's) mouth...but it is definitely not food.

Or could this be some sort of disease/parasite?

What do you guys think?

Hard to tell but hopefully it'll recover and the lip will grow back. I had a pink tail trigger that had a triangle shape cut out of it's bottom lip (like it got hooked). After three months of care, it healed and the lip grew back like nothing ever happened to it.
