So I have had these zoas for a year and a half now, and recently they got this one bleached line. I added a new set of zoas and the same thing happened. It doesnt look good and I'm looking for a cure. All water parameters are correct.

You probably changed the lights.
If you want them to look like before, just go back to the lights you've had.
If you've got the same type of lights, that probably happened after the last time you've changed the bulbs.
If you didn't change the lights at all they are still adapting to your light.
Some times we can see those lines when first using activated carbon also.
They call that "morph".
That's not a disease.

Feeding could contribute to color if the food had the ability to do it (pigments), yes.
I believe that, in the long run, feeding can help in many other ways too. But...

In your case, I don't think the problem is lack of food (appropriate food for pigmentation), but probably a physical influence (related to light).
It could be the lack of white light (warmer spectrum).

I think if you post more details of your system and some more observations people could try to help you more.

my system is a 55 gallon, i have a t5 fixture with 4 54 watt bulbs, the zoas are in the middle of the tank. All the water parameters seem fine to. the only thing that i have change recently is salt (changed to H2Ocean Pro)

What T5 bulbs are you using? For how long?
How long, after introduced in the system, took for the polyps to show the lines?

the bulbs came with my aquaticlife fixture and just coming on 12 months so it is time to change them. The polyps started showing lines about 3 months ago.

Hummm...
You shouldn't worry about the new look of your polyps, and you probably won't be able to help that. It's not a disease.

Let's wait and see if anybody else will post.
