What causes zoas to film over and get really skinny? I know in my case it is not light or under skimming. My params are fine, this is just something I notice that happens from time to time and it can kill a whole colony.

This seems to be a pretty common event. a lot of threads are started asking basically this same question. I wish I had an answer, I would be the million dollar winner.
read through some of the other threads and see what they tried. Also read the Vit. C thread... seems like there is something there.

I have been using some vitamin C lately and seeing good results. It is just puzzeling what causes this condition.
