Zoanthid help please

I have what looks like Cyano growing inside my Zoas. The odd thing is thats the only place it grows. I blast them every couple of days with a turkey baster but it keeps coming back. It atacks them to the point of not opening. Any ideas on how to get rid of this stuff? I have some pretty nice Zoas that I dont want to loose.

have you tried increasing the flow across that area???

If it's ciano... let it grow until you can't see the zoas. Sometimes a day is enough! Siphon it out. If you siphon only the top part it will come back faster. If you can, brush them gently with a soft baby tooth brush while you suck them.
Then try to increase the water flow over that area of the reef.
After that just wait and see...
